2) Quarterly sales are improving across markets from a stalled market in Q42018
3) Interest rates remain low and are projected to slightly decrease that will continue to support the market
We continue to see demand for homes across markets as the Monterey Peninsula and our communities are highly desirable. I envision the market will remain strong throughout 2019.
